A full range of home health care services

 

Arcadia Senior Care provides a full range of home health care services to meet the needs of families coping with Alzheimer, ABI, and related dementia. These include, but are not restricted to:

 

• Personal Hygiene and Assistance with Activities of Daily Living1
• Medication Assistance and Recording
• Shopping, Meal Planning and Preparation
• Companionship
• Assistance with Errands and Appointments
• Housekeeping
• Reminiscence Therapy
• Cognitive Stimulation
• Behavioural Management
• Rehabilitation
• Restorative Care
• Palliative Care
• Foot Care

 

1. Services are delivered through visits; 3 to 12 hour shifts, or as live-in care.
   
   
2. All services are delivered by personnel qualified in the areas required.
   
   
3. Health care services provided by Personal Support Workers are supervised by a Registered Nurse who develops a Care Plan designed to address needs and achieve goals.
   
   
4. In addition, you may choose to have the Arcadia Senior Care Case Manager provide you with a list of resources, in your community, to assist you in managing care needs or have the Case Manager carry out this function for you, freeing you to enjoy the time that you spend with your family.
   
   
5. When you turn to Arcadia Senior Care you are provided with a wide range of options. You choose the services that will best meet your needs.
